This past week Matt Davio of @MissTrade on twitter, interviewed me. The Youtube video is below if you have not already seen it. The discussion goes through my background, how I got into trading and then about midway through starts to focus on my weekly preparation process. For those that have not seen me write about that before I am a top down technical analyst. I first determine the trend for equity markets and then review the potential influencers. That done I look for relative strength and weakness in sectors before going to work on individual charts to develop a watchlist of trend and countertrend setups for the week. These set ups generally have the potential to move 5 -10% in from 1 day to 1 week and are sent out as the Top Trade Ideas Sunday nights. Enjoy the full video.
