My Stock of the Year Pick – Yahoo

The last few years I have participated in the Investorplace.com Best Stocks Contest. In 2014 I picked Citigroup, and I still like it long term, but it did not move fast enough for the contest. Despite finishing 7th out of 10, I was asked back and this year I have chosen a stock with a bit of controversy behind it, Yahoo! ($YHOO). You can read the full story on the InvestorPlace website here. It is intended to be a long term view and the chart below shows the path. A long term move to 82 or higher. One note, the InvestorPlace article says that I was long Put Spreads at the time of the writing. I am actually short Puts in one account and long 1×2 Put Spreads in another. Both are bullish positions.
